Health Resources in Mt. Olive - Mount Olive Family Medicine Center

The community health program at Mount Olive Family Medicine Center is dedicated to serving as a bridge between patients and resources within the community.

At times this may take the form of helping patients locate shelter, clothes, food, transportation, and any other need that could potentially impact a patient’s overall health.

Eligibility Criteria: This service is available for established MOFMC patients who are residents of the local community and need our assistance.

Insurance/Cost Information: There is no cost associated with this program.

Common Concerns Include: Financial hardships, domestic violence, employment, and childcare assistance just to name a few.
